    Shocking. Waited for our pizzas to be delivered, one completely wrong. Phoned them and they hung up. Called again, explained and they said mins before delivery. So we drove there, with wrong pizza. They laughed, gave us the right pizza and continued to laugh as my husband walked out the door. My husband was really unwell for hours after eating the pizza with food poisoning. Rude staff that don't give a crap and suspected bad pizza so food crap too. AVOID - plenty better pizza places in Fleet. If I could have given no stars, I would have done

    It took over mins to deliver our pizzas, I called the restaurant and they said they were late because it was raining! No care for customers, no opportunity for a refund. We received cold pizza and no customer service. Avoid ordering from Papa Johns in Fleet, they don't care and they have your money so won't do anything to make up for poor service. Absolute joke

    This is the second time we have ordered a pizza from here after having a good first experience. Unfortunately the second time round our pizza arrived stone cold, we had to heat it up in the oven before we could enjoy it. My partner phoned up to mention our pizza was very disappointing and got passed to a manger who refused to provide her with their name and hung up on her twice after saying he couldn’t hear her, even though the person before seemed to hear perfectly well. After that the pizza was not only the problem this was completely unacceptable and unnecessary rudeness which came from a so called manager? They refused any refund, this is a massive shame and won’t be ordering here again. DON’T order from here in case there is an issue with your delivery as it won’t get resolved!

    Tried Papa John's after our usual pizza place was unavailable. food arrived very cold after a really long wait. Hardly any toppings even though I asked for one ingredient to be doubled up. wedges were undercooked, chocolate brownie was over cooked. phoned up to complain to be offered repeatedly a replacement meal but by this point my appetite had completely gone so insisted on a refund.From other reviews i can see this is not a one of occurance, wish I had read those before ordering. such a shame, has left a bad atmosphere over my evening
